QUEENS JUBILEE COMMUNITY PLANNING MEETING
15th March 2022 at 7.30 p.m. at St John’s Community Centre – Top Hall.
Penistone Town Council will be formally hosting two events over the Queens Jubilee weekend as follows -:
1) Thursday June 2nd – Lighting of the beacon at the Royd Moor viewing point at 21:45.
2) Saturday June 4th – Queens Jubilee Charity Concert at Penistone Paramount from 19:00.
Councillor Shiggins (Mayor Elect), would like to invite any community groups / local businesses to a meeting to understand and discuss what is planned and to create a Queen’s Jubilee Event Calendar for the weekend so that everyone is aware of what is going on in our Community over the 4 day weekend.
Could we please kindly ask community groups around the Penistone Town Council area to share the details of the meeting and spread the word.
