South Yorkshire Police have published the above invitation for local residents to attend a rural crime meeting. (The text is reproduced below for the benefit of screen readers etc.)
“You’re invited to our Barnsley district wildlife and rural crime engagement meeting.
“We are holding a Barnsley wildlife and rural crime engagement meeting on Thursday 14 March 6pm until 8pm at St Johns Community Centre, ChurchStreet, Penistone S36 6AR.
“Tea and coffee will be available. No need to book, just turnup.
“The event is open to the public to come along and discuss any concerns around wild life and rural crime with local officers and PCSOs from Barnsley Neighbourhood policing teams, and officers from the Motorcycle and Rural Crime Team.”
