Messages sent to the other address will still be received but over time it will be phased out.
All other PTC addresses will eventually be changed to @pentowncouncil.gov.uk.
This is an attempt to prevent mail sent from the council going straight to recipients’ spam folders due to the name. In some cases this has worked but not in all – so please check all your folders if you are expecting correspondence from PTC.
