The town Mayor of Penistone, Cllr Hannah Kitching was present at St Johns Church in Penistone and the Crystal Palace, Thurlstone where the new plaque was unveiled.
Both significant places linked to the early home of football in the area. Thank you to all the volunteers working so hard behind the scenes to bring this work to fruition.
